Following the submission of your appeal you will most likely receive a standard letter from the Tribunal (TRIB10). In response to this please use the pro-forma Notice of Application provided for clubs to complete and send to the VAT Tribunal.
The TRIBM10 is a standard letter issued by the Tribunal once an appeal has been lodged. The attached Application should mean that the appeal will subsequently be held in abeyance pending resolution in the Rank Group plc litigation. It will therefore negate the need for the clubs to submit a list of documents as requested in the Tribunal’s letter.
The relevant details should be entered on the Application where highlighted and signed by an officer of the club between the date and the club address. The completed Notice of Application should then be sent, with an appropriate cover letter, to the VAT Tribunal Centre which issued the TRIBM10.
