ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACTS

Following problems encountered by clubs when engaging entertainers/bands, the Federation instructed their solicitors Shean, Dickson, Merrick to prepare a contract for the use of clubs when engaging entertainers/bands and which will assure that power of attorney remains with the club. This contract is designed to prevent entertainers/bands, being changed at the discretion of the agent and to the detriment of the club.
